Submission Instructions
Please fill out the form below if you are interested in being an exhibitor at the 2026 ADHD Conference. The last day to submit an Exhibitor Application is September 30th, 2026. 

Payment Information

  • Invoices will be sent upon receipt of the vendor application.  All invoices must be paid within 14 days prior to the conference.

  • Payments made by check should be mailed to SRESA, P.O. Box 18859, Hattiesburg, MS 39404.
